LEGO Delegation visits G2G Communities CIC

G2G Communities CIC would like to thank Councillor Andy Rutherford (Rhyl Town Mayor) for taking the time to welcome a LEGO delegation from Billund Denmark on Thursday 24 October 2013.

Delegates were shown round the LEGO Education Innovation Studio and had an opportunity to talk to Directors, learners and staff.
Feedback from the visit was very positive:

Thank you very much for your hospitality and the introduction to your innovation centre yesterday. It was really exiting and interesting to see all the initiatives and great activities in your centre. I am sure you are doing a fantastic job and making a huge difference for a lot of both children and adults.

Thanks,
Finn

The Mayor highlighted how pleased both he and the Rhyl Town Council were that LEGO had supported G2G Communities CIC social enterprise and the difference this was making to Denbighshire, Conwy and Rhyl in particular as one of the highest areas of deprivation in Wales.
