Our one day course to learn Scratch for teachers will teach you the basics of Scratch programming to be able to plan your own lessons and activities in School using Scratch. You will also have free access to our ‘e-learning platform’ with extra online training resources, ideas and programmes, we also provide essential links to Scratch materials and resources you will be able to download and use in the classroom.

Our one day teacher training course to learn scratch is outlined below:
Stage 1 – Introduction to Scratch, coding and programming
Stage 2 – Using Scratch sprites to create objects
Stage 3 – Using Scratch built-in backdrops and sounds
Stage 4 – Scratch coding and programming
After our how to learn scratch course you and your staff will be able to create their own lesson plans and Scratch classroom activities, giving you a great understanding of Scratch and a foundation for learning how to code and sharing it with your pupils.

After our one day course to learn scratch you get exclusive access to our online e-learning platform “Scratch Professional Development” section that contains lots of Scratch materials and resources, such as our online Scratch course, workbooks suitable for teacher and student (editable), hint’s and tips section, ScratchJr (iPad) videos and easy to use guides. We have also put together a database of programs, sprites, backdrops and sounds where you and your teachers can download these extra resources to use and share in your lessons.
