Community Corner, Share Christmas with Others

We hope you have a wonderful and safe festive period and spend time with loved ones and those that are dear to you. Get into the seasonal spirit and good will and make the season a little bit brighter for those that aren't as fortunate - here are a few idea's you could try.

• Donate old toys, outgrown shoes or clothes that are cluttering up your cupboard, maybe you know someone that would like them or drop them off at a local charity shop

• Support an elderly person, there’s one thing they want more than anything else at Christmas – and that’s not to have to spend it alone. So why not give a thought about popping round to your neighbour's for tea and a cake or inviting them to spend some time with you and the family over Christmas

• Do some baking or make some food parcels and deliver it to your neighbour's

Get in touch if you have something you would like to share with the community. You can contact us, e-mail info@g2gcommunities.org or give us a call on 01745 334 482.
