Wrexham Urban Village - We're working in partnership with Wrexham Urban Village Communities First to help extend its provision to those furthest away from employment by improving skills, confidence & gaining qualifications.

Buckley Project - We're delivering a one day LEGO activity on behalf of the Buckley Residence Association at the Buckley Community Centre on Friday 22 July 2016.

All SySTEMs Go Space Project Information - We had lots of great entries for our All SySTEMs Go design a logo competition. We're currently looking through them all and getting feedback to pick our favourite.

Rhyl School Holiday Clubs for Little Adventurers

Do you have a child that likes LEGO or Minecraft? Are they a budding animator? Do they love robotics? Maybe they're a young Indiana Jones in the making and enjoy exploration - then don't fear, as G2G is here, we have something for everyone. First Aid at Work Courses, QualSafe Awards

3rd June - 1 Day Emergency First Aid at Work, Level 2 QualSafe Award, View Event >

The First Aid at Work (QCF) are for individuals who wish to act as a first aider in the workplace. Successful candidates will learn how to manage a range of injuries and illnesses that could occur at work and will be equipped with the essential skills needed to give emergency first aid.

The Qualsafe Awards (QA) is an Ofqual recognised awarding organisation, established by experts in the first aid training industry. We are a registered Qualsafe Awards Registered Centre (No. 0905755).

Lynda from John Stephen Florist in Rhyl already had a website, but it was almost 10 years old and complicated to use, Lynda asked us to give it a new lease of life. Working with Lynda to build the brief of what the website needed to achieve, layout and ideas was really easy.

Wrexham Urban Village Communities First

In partnership with Wrexham Urban Village Communities First is extending its provision to those furthest away from employment by delivering half-day sessions to start at the Urban Village every Tuesday from June 2016. Previous sessions proved very successful and a number of participants have moved on from basic computers to undertaking their British Computers Society ‘Computers and online basic’ entry level 3, The European Computer Driving License (ECDL) Level 1 and City and Guilds ‘Food Safety and Hygiene’ at level 2.

The Urban Village Communities First Learning Development Officer, Tristan Thomas said ‘we are extremely pleased with the work of G2G Communities CIC and the support they give to our participants, some of whom have never gained a qualification before coming onto the programme’. ‘The feedback from participants has been excellent and numbers have grown so much that we need to pilot another session to accommodate them’.

Buckley Residence Association

We're delivering a one day LEGO activity on behalf of the Buckley Residence Association at the Buckley Community Centre on Friday 22 July 2016. Children will have the opportunity to use LEGO and IPads to make animated video’s, build and discover using Minecraft Edu discover Welsh history by building local Castles and monuments out of LEGO.

All SySTEMs Go Project - Space News & Information

From now until March, 2018 we will be visiting thirty-five Schools in and around North Wales to deliver enrichment activities. Using our LEGO Education and other resources we will be providing Key stage 2 and 3 students and teachers the opportunities to build robotslearn programming and explore the careers available in the Space Sector.

London Marathon LOGO

Train like an Astronaut

Tim Peak ran the London Marathon in Space At 10am on the 24th of April Tim Peake ran the Virgin Money London Marathon, for the Princes Trust.

Tim Peake Returns to Earth on Saturday, 18th June

We want to wish Tim a safe journey back home to Earth on June 18th, ending his six month space mission. Tim Peake says: “Although I am looking forward to being back on Earth and seeing friends and family again, each day spent living in space is a huge privilege and there is much work to do on the Station."
